Bachelor degree obtained in Earth sciences at the University of Pau and Pays of Adour (UPPA, Pau, France) y Blaise Pascal II university (UBP II, Clermont-Ferrand, France).
The master degree was realized at the Blaise Pascal II university and Laboratory Magmas and Volcanoes (Clermont-Ferrand, France), where the investigation was focused on the geomorphology and chemistry of pillow lavas dredged from submerged flank of the Réunion island and the evolution of the volcanoes of Piton de la Fournaise, Piton des Neiges and Les Alizé. Graduated with the thesis “Geochemical (major, trace and isotope), textural and petrological characterization of the ERODER 4 sea campaign dredged samples around La Réunion Island”, B.C.S., France.
Currently doing her PhD in Earth Sciences, its research focuses on the plinian and sub-plinian activity that took place in the complex of the Primavera, Jalisco, Mexico. Her doctoral project is titled: Plinian eruptions associated with the activity post-caldera of the Primavera complex, Jalisco, Mexico.
